Our story
From One Man's Promise to a Household Name
In 1973, long before online booking existed, Haji Dawood made a simple promise in Faisalabad: every pilgrim who travels with us will be treated the way we would treat our own parents on the road to Makkah.
That promise built this company. Pilgrims returned home and sent their brothers, then their children. The pilgrimage house grew into a complete travel group — aviation, visas, hotels, tours and education travel — but the promise never changed.
Today, from our head office at Dawood Centre on Regency Road in Faisalabad and our branch in Lahore, the group serves generations of the same families: Hajj for the grandparents, honeymoons for the newlyweds, and student tickets for the ones heading off to university.

1973
The First Caravan
Haji Dawood begins organising pilgrimages from Faisalabad, building a reputation one satisfied pilgrim at a time — in an era when arranging Hajj meant letters, telegrams and trust.
1980s–90s
A Full Travel House
Aviation ticketing, visa services and hotel bookings grow alongside the pilgrimage business, as the families we served for Hajj began asking us to handle all their travel.
2000s–10s
Lahore & Beyond
A second office opens in Lahore, and holiday tours join the portfolio — Istanbul, Dubai, Baku and the Far East — alongside education travel for the next generation heading to universities abroad.
